The staff was nice and supportive. The location is perfect with a nice view on the ruins when you are on the terrasse.

The location is nice on a back street that cars are not allowed. The view from our room and patio outside the room was amazing! Looking out on to Inca ruins onto the gorgeous mountains surrounding the town. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed had plenty of warm blankets. A good fresh breakfast with fresh fruit and juice and coffee and eggs and everything you would like. The staff were friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about what was to do in the area.

The terrace is lovely with a great view of the mountains and ruins. The owners of the hotel is a sweet elderly couple who are very friendly and nice. The staff also are quite nice, especially Jordan, who is a resident expert on what to see around Ollantaytambo. Highly recommend taking suggestions from him about what to do around the town.
